Junior Hardware Manager (Szczecin)

Location: Szczecin

100% work from the office (Szczecin) due to work with hardware.

Requirements:

• full-time availability

• availability from January

• strong interest in hardware debugging and troubleshooting

• hands-on experience with computers, boards

• good knowledge of computer hardware and electronics (assembly, peripherals, connectors, interfaces)

• basic scripting or automation skills (Python or Bash)

• ability to work with task-tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)

• English (at least B1)

Nice to have:

• Experience with embedded devices or development boards (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, NUC, etc.)

• Basic network knowledge (IP, DHCP, VLANs, etc.)

Tasks:

• Preparation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware test benches

• Flashing and verifying firmware/software builds on customer devices

• Troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues

• Maintaining inventory and technical documentation (devices, cables, racks, setups)

• Supporting engineers with lab setup and prototype preparation
