Role Description
For our international client we are looking for an experienced Fintech Consultant / Manager who will help to deal with software development challenges and own the Product Lifecycle.
We expect this person to execute technical, digital, data platform strategies and roadmaps that encompass the current and future needs of the business, commercial / financial, technology and the platforms ensuring the integrity, consistency and resilience of platform features and functions across geographies.
The Fintech Consultant / Manager will work on payment products benchmarking and technical analysis against global competitors.
Requirements

6+ years of experience in product management
- minimum 3 years of experience in payments
- very good knowledge and understanding of the global fintech industry
- solid portfolio of commercial agile projects
- demonstrated interpersonal skills
- excellent problem-solving skills
- demonstrated success defining and launching of excellent products
- proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- transparent communication about the prioritisation and the roadmap process
- fluency in English (C1)
Job Description
- Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer
- Benchmark of payments solutions / products at a global scale, best practicies identification and analysies
- Identify target market segments
- Define solution value propositions
- Build core content and compelling assets to articulate buyer value, industry use cases, competitive differentiation, and benchmarking
- Execute and track experiments to build community and grow consumption of services
- Support marketing in building core content
- Monitor the results of product launches, marketing campaigns to reach target
