AI-Driven Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced AI-Driven Project Manager to join our team.

This is not a traditional Project Manager role.

You will lead delivery of software projects for global clients, while actively shaping and implementing AI-powered solutions across delivery, pre-sales, and internal processes.

We are currently in the middle of an AI transformation, and we are looking for someone who not only understands AI trends but is already building with AI.

• strong software delivery & project management experience

• with hands-on AI experimentation and implementation

This role requires a builder mindset, not only coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects (Agile)

• Manage stakeholders, scope, risks, and ensure high-quality delivery

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows (automation, estimation, communication)

• Build or co-create agent-based solutions and support AI orchestration

• Support pre-sales by creating AI-enhanced proposals and presentations

Must-have requirements

• Proven experience in software delivery / project management (Agile)

• Strong stakeholder management and ownership of delivery (scope, budget, timeline)

• Hands-on experience with AI tools beyond basic prompting

• Experience building automations or AI workflows (e.g. internal tools, pipelines)

• Solid technical understanding of software development

• Fluency in English and Polish

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent systems or AI orchestration tools (e.g. LangChain, AutoGen)

• Experience in pre-sales / consulting

• Experience working with global or UK clients
