Agile Project Manager

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience as a PM

• Experience in running web, mobile and backend projects

• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, terminology and artifacts

• Very good knowledge of English (C1)

• At least basic knowledge of JIRA or Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of the software development cycle

• Technical knowledge in the field of software development 

• Excellent communication skills in working with clients and distributed technical teams 

• Proactive, independent 

• Nice to have: Experience of running projects based on cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google) 

• Nice to have: Technical background – technical education 

• Nice to have: Experience working with budgets and requirements 

• Nice to have: Experience working in a Software House organization

Project description:

We are excited to announce new freelance opportunities for experienced Agile Project Managers to join our upcoming initiatives with one of our key clients in the enterprise software space. These are project-specific roles with an estimated duration through the end of 2026, offering the potential for extension based on project needs and performance. Preferred locations for these engagements are Wrocław and Warsaw, aligning with the client's operational presence in Poland.

Our Agile Project Manager will be responsible for managing IT projects under the wing of our Director of EduTech and HR - Digitial Solutions. If you have at least 2 years of experience as a PM, you know agile software development methodologies and its development cycle, and you are fluent in English - this is an offer for you.

• Customer relationship management

• Building teams

• Taking care of maintaining the adopted software development process

• Project risk management

• Taking care of the budget

• Organization and moderation of meetings

• Preparation of project related documentation
