Skills we are looking for

🔸 Min. 3 years of experience in the area of process-business analysis, implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow platform

🔸 Programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

🔸 Implementation experience based on ITIL and/or SCRUM methodology.

🔸 ServiceNow System Administrator certification.

🔸 Highly developed communication skills (verbal and written) covering all levels of management and technical and business audiences

🔸 Ability to clarify and paraphrase requirements and make technical assessments

🔸 Excellent English and Polish language skills - minimum C1

🔸 Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities at different stages of projects

🔸 Proactivity, focus on problem solving and finding improvements

🔸 Willingness to learn and constantly explore new areas

🔸 Highly developed analytical skills

🔸 Willingness to undertake occasional business travel

Nice to have

🔸 ITIL certification

🔸 Higher education in IT area 

🔸 Ability to develop Web Services - REST, SOAP

🔸 Experience in database design and implementation and management 

🔸 Experience in developing applications using databases
