Senior Full Stack Engineer (Team Lead)

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer to guide the technical evolution of a platform designed to automate and enhance the efficiency of departmental reports and data management for investment firms. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of leading a hands-on development team, evolving the platform from its current MVP stage into a scalable, AI-enhanced solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring alignment with the project vision and goals, and coordinate with client major stakeholders.
• Oversee all technical aspects of the platform, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI solutions that enhance platform capabilities.
• Design and maintain a scalable, high-performance platform architecture.
• Implement and uphold security best practices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Code reviews and peer programming

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience with Node.js.
• 3+ years of experience with React.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong experience in database management and integration.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing APIs.
• Experience in delivering large-scale, high-availability applications.
• Expertise in development processes, including feature design, design reviews, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Proven ability to own the end-to-end feature life cycle, from product requirements to architecture, design, development, and testing.
• Awareness of AI concepts and a willingness to explore AI integration.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a "get things done" attitude.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving project requirements.
