WE BUILD SOFTWARE
We are an agile Software House focused on creating top edge software. We specialize in web solutions and mobile applications. Our team consists of over 200 software engineers with large experience in different areas of technology.
Our services focus on two areas: complex custom software development and providing our customers with dedicated, efficient teams of software developers. We cover every stage of the project, starting from analysis and workshops through UI/UX design to development and implementation.
We cooperate with large integrators, international and global corporations and young, dynamic and innovative companies both in Polish and international markets. We have a large history of cooperation with Silicon Valley companies. In Europe we are present in Germany, France, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Estonia.
We develop solutions inter alia for banking, insurance, telecom, energy, public, military, media and social media or entertainment sectors.
Thanks to our large experience and talented engineers we enjoy the trust of such clients as: POP Pankki, Alior Bank, Getin Bank, Bank BPH (GE Capital), FICO, Telia Company, Ringier Axel Springer, DivX, Carolina Biological Supply Co. or Wolters Kluwer.

What we expect:
- Min. 2 years of experience in designing medium and big complexity applicatons for both Mobile and Web
- Analytical skills allowing for a full understanding of business goals, user needs, as well as relationships and correlations in the ecosystem of designed solutions, quantitative data analysis
- Good understanding of technologies such as: HTML, CSS, RWD
- Experience in holding business workshops and co-creation sessions with clients and users
- Knowledge of techniques and design methods in the area of User Centered Design and Design Thinking
- Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience in creating interactions based on UI Design Systems
- Working knowledge of Sketch, Figma, and Axure software
- Great communication skills, readiness for feedback (close cooperation with Product Owners, graphic designers, developers)
- Good English skills and readiness to work in English (min. B2 level)
