Senior Fullstack Developer

For a client building an AI-driven B2B SaaS platform that automatically surfaces real-time buying signals and turns complex data into actionable insights, we are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ownership of the product experience end-to-end (database → API → UI → production)

• Designing and developing real-time dashboards, filtering, and detailed views

• Building self-service configuration features for customers

• Implementing customer onboarding flows

• Developing event and signal monitoring interfaces

• Close collaboration with founders and direct interaction with customers

• Translating business and user needs into product and technical decisions

• Iterating quickly on MVPs based on user feedback

• Ensuring high-quality UX, performance, and scalability in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years of commercial experience as a Full-Stack Engineer (portfolio is more important than years)

• Strong experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript

• Solid backend experience with Node.js, including building REST APIs

• Experience working with PostgreSQL and ORMs (e.g. Prisma)

• Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern UI development (ability to translate Figma designs into production-ready UI)

• Strong understanding of UX and product usability

• Experience delivering complete features independently, end-to-end

• Product-oriented mindset and ability to make technical and product decisions

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

• Fluent Polish and English (C1+)

• Availability to work remotely with CET ±4h overlap.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures

• Startup or 0→1 product experience

• Knowledge of Framer Motion or other animation/micro-interaction libraries

• Experience with enterprise features (RBAC, audit logs, permissions)

• Data visualization experience

• Familiarity with tools such as Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Clerk (auth).
