Machine Learning Lead

Join as a Machine Learning Lead in an Ad-tech focused project, working with cutting-edge technologies and partnering with top experts from Poland and the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage an engineering team focused on building innovative ML/AI and performance advertising solutions, while also improving and expanding existing features.
• Collaborate closely with local, US-based, and global product and engineering teams to deliver industry-leading products.
• Oversee project execution, plan quarterly objectives, manage timelines, address risks and blockers, and report on outcomes.
• Contribute to shaping the vision, strategy, and development roadmap for ML products within the Ads Solutions domain.
• Leverage advanced software engineering and machine learning techniques to enhance product quality and streamline development workflows.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7 years of hands on experience in implementing ML models.
• 2 years of experience in leading projects and/or teams.
• Good programming skills in Python.
• Experience with mainstream ML libraries (TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, PySpark ).
• Ability to summarize and present the finding results to business/product stakeholders.
• Spoken and written proficiency in English.
