Job description

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Data Architect or Data Modeler.
Strong expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical).
Hands-on experience with:

-Databricks

-ERwin Data Modeler

-Data catalog tools such as Atlan, Alation, Unity Catalog.

Experience working with data architecture artifacts (STTM, data flows, inventories).
Experience working with Data Lakehouse.
Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality.

Nice to Have

Experience in product backlog management (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Background as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
Experience with ServiceNow, Unity Catalog.

Enterprise data transformation supporting People Services and global operations.
Building scalable, governed, and high-quality data ecosystems.
