IT Support Engineer

IT Field Engineering (50%)

• Provide onsite technical support and advisement for all office-based technology including, but not limited to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, RF guns, conference rooms, and networking equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.

• Manage device imaging, provisioning, and lifecycle management (onboarding, moves, adds, changes, decommissions).

• Troubleshoot and maintain conference room/AV technology to ensure seamless hybrid meeting experiences.

• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching for endpoints and office technology.

• Partner with global teams and managed service providers (infrastructure, networking, security, service desk) to resolve escalated issues.

• Monitor and maintain office network performance and escalate issues as needed.

• Document solutions, standard operating procedures, and known issues.

• Continually seek out operational process improvement opportunities and drive improvements & enhancements forward.

• Evaluate and deploy new tools and technologies for executive productivity.

Executive IT Technology Advisement (High-Touch Consulting – 30%)

• Provide dedicated, white-glove IT technology advisement to senior executives and leadership team members.

• Proactively ensure executives’ devices, connectivity, and applications are optimized and functioning.

• Provide consult for executive meetings, including live troubleshooting for AV, conferencing, and collaboration tools.

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and communications.

Customer Experience & Service Delivery (20%)

• Deliver a high standard of customer service with a focus on responsiveness, communication, and follow-through.

• Build strong relationships with employees, leaders and cross-functional partners.

• Balance competing priorities and manage interruptions effectively in a fast-paced environment.
