As part of these solutions, we’ve developed an ecosystem of modules to improve care quality and streamline operations in care facilities, including:

- LeadTool: Efficient lead capture.

- QMS: Comprehensive Quality Management System.

- AuditTool: Simplified internal auditing.

- UMM Tool: Intuitive user and facility management.

We’re now looking for an experienced React Native Developer to build dedicated mobile apps for these modules.

The Role

As a React Native Developer, you’ll create a mobile app version of our QMS Web Application.

The ideal candidate would have:

- Strong Typescript & React Native experience.

- Good problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with or willingness to learn XState.

- Ability to translate Figma prototypes into responsive UIs.

- Strong communication and a collaborative mindset.

- Fluency in English.

The Application Process

1. Initial Task: Build a React Native skeleton app based on a Figma prototype, including basic navigation, minimal UI, and a small piece of XState logic. 

  This initial ask will allow us to assess your understanding of React Native, your ability to work with XState, and your adherence to project requirements.

2. Next Steps: If successful, collaborate with us on the full development of the QMS mobile app.

Key aspects include:

- State Management: Implementing XState for seamless logic integration.

- UI/UX Compliance: Adhering to Figma designs using TailwindCSS.

- Code Reusability: Decoupling state logic from UI for scalable solutions.

Deliverables

- A functional React Native app replicating the web app’s features.

- Clean, reusable code with documentation.
