Are you an experienced or early-career scrum master or team leader professional who wants to join our P❤Sitive team to work with our own POS systems and mainly Solteq Commerce Cloud.
Role
As a scrum master you work in close co-operation with our product owners and the scrum team by fulling the responsibilities as defined for Scrum Master role by Scrum Alliance. As a team leader for the POS team in Poland, you are responsible of the day-to-day tasks to ensure our employee related tasks are properly handled. Naturally not forgetting the long terms plans of people’s skill development and other common issues talked and planned in regular 1to1 meetings. Along with these two main roles, we would want you to participate into Development or QA related tasks or into 2nd level support level related tasks; depending on your background. That will give you a more in-depth knowledge of the system and retail business processes.
You work in close cooperation with your team, product owners, your own manager and other close people in our POS organization by identifying and finding solutions to further develop our working models and systems, to ensure smooth operations and high employee and customer satisfaction.
The work includes a lot of interaction with people. The work is rewarding, addictive and versatile. The work is teamwork and you lead a highly professional development team in Poland that holds 9 people within Design, Development and QA roles.
You don't have to be a superhero and necessarily have tens of years of experience behind you, as long as you have the desire and ability to learn new things and you hold an P❤Sitive attitude.

We require:
We require:
- Previous experience in the position of working within software Scrum Team or having a knowledge of Scrum working model through some other position.
- Participation into Development, QA or into 2nd level support level related tasks.
We value the following in you:
- Holding a Scrum Master certification
- Previous experience in working with POS systems or you know the processes of retail through your current or previous positions.
- You are solution-oriented, friendly and communicate clearly.
- Ability to work independently and smoothly with different kind of people.
- Fluent oral and written English language skills.
- You are not afraid of challenges and hectic work, and you are agile in your ways of working, just like us.
