Bartłomiej Strzeboński* is the Hiring Lead you`ll talk to when it comes to more details about the role, environment of work and career perspectives. He describes the role as follows:
- Development of Backend and Frontend solutions for SoftwareOne’s HR and Legal department
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to build efficient and user-friendly software solutions
- Mentoring of team members
- Collaborate with team members to develop backend systems applying .NET technologies in Azure Cloud and work on user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.
- Build and integrate APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems
- Apply standard methodologies for code structure, organization, and maintainability, while following coding standards and established guidelines
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality
- Develop and implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand project requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the product roadmap
- Development team for HR/Legal applications
- Product Owners and Product Managers
- The Inhouse Customer (Clients and users of Employee Lifecycle Management and Contract Lifecycle Management)

- 5+ years experience in professional .NET C# development on the backend
- Experience in / with
- event based systems (preferable Azure Service Bus)
- using Relational Database Management System (MS SQL)
- implementing and consuming APIs for frontend-backend communication
- crafting integration solutions between internal and external systems
- Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS platform
- DevOps, Microsoft CI/CD principles and tools
- containerization
- Frontend Development with a focus on Angular (> 12), HTML, and CSS
- Solid grasp of version control systems like Git and collaborative development using code repositories
- Comfortable with frequent, incremental code builds, testing (unit, integration, UI tests, load tests, contract testing) and deployment (using Terraform/Bicep)
- English skills on a professional, conversational level
