Responsibilities

• Active participation in data engineering and BI projects.
• Work closely with collaborators to comprehend requirements, convert them into technical specifications, and provide solutions.

In Data Engineering role:

Craft and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other Azure services.

• Develop and maintain ETL processes to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Implement data integration solutions to consolidate data from various sources.
• Automate data workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Fix and resolve data-related issues.

In Business Intelligence Engineering role:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Analysis Services and Power BI.
• Build and manage data models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct optimization and performance tuning of BI solutions.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and trends in Data/BI engineering.

✅ What we need to see from you:

• Demonstrable experience as a Data Engineer or a BI Engineer.
• Depending on the role experience with:
• Microsoft Azure Data stack like Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks.
• Data modeling, ETL processes and tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory or others.
• Power BI and Analysis Services.
• Programming languages such as Python, Scala, C#.
• Proficiency in SQL in any dialect, DAX, or equivalent experience.
• Azure certifications is a plus.
• Working experience with version control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Scrum framework.
• Proficient in Polish and English.
