About the company
We are a team of engineers based in Kraków, Poland. We mostly work with tech startups from New York and the Bay Area. We use React, React Native, Elixir, Python and Ruby on Rails, but we don’t like to limit ourselves – we adapt new technologies if they prove to be valuable for a project and we believe that everyone should at least partially be a full stack developer!
We are a team of engineers based in Kraków, Poland. We mostly work with tech startups from New York and the Bay Area. We use React, React Native, Elixir, Python and Ruby on Rails, but we don’t like to limit ourselves – we adapt new technologies if they prove to be valuable for a project and we believe that everyone should at least partially be a full stack developer!
Our portfolio includes projects from various industries such as fintech, education, entertainment, broadcasting, financial and airline to name but a few. When we learn the limits of the existing tools we often build our own! Our strong focus on developing open-source technologies lead us to being one of the official partners of React Native. We are the creators of several popular libraries like Reanimated or Gesture Handler. We have a great experience with building multimedia technologies. We've even built our own multimedia processing framework for Elixir called Membrane Framework, which we are constantly improving.
We enjoy sharing our knowledge, which is why we host various educational initiatives such as Software Mansion Academy, React Native Community Kraków and App.js Conf.

When building mobile apps we mostly use React Native so we’re looking for someone willing to learn this framework but hasn't necessarily used it before. You won’t find a better place to learn this technology – we’re an official partner of React Native and we have the most experienced developers in this area willing to share their knowledge. We’re sure your previous experience will come in handy at some point and we know it will allow you to change technologies smoothly.

We expect you to have:
- an engineering mindset and versatility – your broad knowledge in the domain of IT will be useful and necessary,
- commercial experience in iOS and/or Android development,
- good programming skills,
- drive towards learning new technologies (mobile technologies are changing fast),
- good command of English – daily contact with clients.
It might be useful to have some React Native experience. But if you don't have any – don’t worry, we have some of the best experts in RN that will help you learn it quickly.
