YOU ARE

  • A candidate with at least 2-year experience with recruitment/HR/managing talents processes and holding
  • A profound understanding of IT industry
  • A good concept of HR processes
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information
  • Ability to independently manage priorities and resources in a high volume, client-driven environment
  • Highly service-oriented and responsive attitude
  • Confidence in Microsoft Office suite, in particular, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Polish
  • Upper-intermediate+ English level

  • Supporting employees: job satisfaction, guidance in career management process, skills development, internal projects, future assignments plans, etc.
  • Employees in internal company reserve as their line manager
  • Talent Center management: analysis of reserve quality and quantity of available specialists, making hiring decisions, cost-effectiveness, managing tasks assignment, and compensation, etc.
  • Managing internal talent pool – working with goals, feedbacks & career paths for employees
  • Employee retention management – working with rotations and planning substitutions
  • Identifying and arranging re/training needs for new or growing competency
  • Budget management
  • Participating in staffing strategy development for specific projects and positions in location, identifying needs for apprentices
  • Investigating, creating, and applying best practices for staffing speed up in location/in the Company
  • Analyzing talent pool and local IT market data
  • Managers, recruitment, and marketing team on a daily basis
  • Driving the process of career path promotion or project changes (internal mobility) for employees
