IF YOU ARE

• A Senior Backend Engineer with around 5 years of experience with Scala, functional and object-oriented programming patterns

• Skilled in building and maintaining distributed systems, microservices, or serverless architectures

• Comfortable delivering within existing architectures and aligning to current technical direction

• Detail-oriented and methodical in development and documentation

• Effective in translating business requirements into technical solutions

• Fluent in English and highly collaborative in cross-functional teams

AND YOU WANT TO

• Contribute directly to a scoped backend initiative with focused deliverables

• Develop reliable and maintainable Scala services aligned with team practices

• Guide conversations with engineers and product stakeholders to refine scope and implementation

• Apply thoughtful testing and documentation to ensure system stability and maintainability

• Align your work with platform conventions and integrate cleanly into established ecosystems

• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and delivery-focused technical discussions
