Big Data & Analytics is the data consulting and engineering arm of our Center of Excellence. Hundreds of data engineers and architects build end-to-end data & analytics solutions: from strategy and architecture through technical design, proof of concept, and full-scale implementation. We work with clients across healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail, and energy industries.

We hold top-level partnerships with major cloud providers and collaborate with technology leaders such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, Confluent, and others.

IIF YOU ARE

• An experienced Data Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on practice in designing and building scalable data pipelines

• Proficient in working with Graph Databases and understanding graph structures, relationships, and performance considerations

• Skilled in Python and SQL for data transformation, integration, and logic building

• Familiar with Databricks and PySpark for distributed data processing

• Comfortable with web scraping and working with diverse data sources

• Confident in working across cross-functional teams

• Experienced or familiar with Neo4j or TigerGraph, especially in the context of supply chain or complex relationship modeling (a strong plus)

• Effectively communicating at an upper-intermediate English level, or higher

AND YOU WANT TO

• Be focused on modeling, including defining nodes, edges, and their properties

• Determine whether to create one giant graph or multiple ones from different data sources

• Automate and scale the existing name normalization proof of concept

• Build and support infrastructure around the solution

• Create a data store for reference and integrate it with external systems for validated names

• Work on enriching metadata and ensuring sufficient process performance

• Handle large datasets (up to 1,000,000 records) and integrate the solution into the onboarding flow for future normalization

• Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on the proof of concept, expand features, and ensure scalability and performance

• Influence the direction of the process and contribute with your technical ideas and solutions
