Our client is a UK-based major organization operating in the global sports and live events space, delivering a large-scale digital experience transformation focused on engagement, participation, and community. The project centers on building a mobile-first lifestyle platform that combines a B2C customer portal and a B2B CRM solution using Microsoft Dynamics, alongside PHP and Drupal. This platform will enable seamless, omnichannel customer journeys and modern digital touchpoints, elevating how users interact with events, content, and services while driving meaningful, data-driven engagement across the entire ecosystem.

IF YOU ARE

• An experienced professional with 3+ years of hands-on work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in enterprise environments

• Skilled in Dynamics 365 customisation and extension, including plugins, web resources, and custom APIs

• Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Pages and Dataverse

• Competent in designing and implementing platform integrations using REST and Web APIs

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Entra External ID (Azure AD B2C) solutions

• Well-versed in ALM practices and working with Azure DevOps

• Familiar with Scrum-based delivery processes

• Certified in Power Platform or Dynamics CRM (as an advantage)
