The AI and Data Science Center of Excellence (CoE) is SoftServe’s premier AI/ML hub, primarily based in Europe. With 170+ experts, including data scientists, research analysts, MLOps engineers, ML and LLM architects, we cover the full AI lifecycle, from problem framing to deployment.

In 2024 and 2025, we delivered 300+ AI projects, including over 220 focused on Generative AI, combining scale with measurable impact. We are a 2024 NVIDIA Service Delivery Partner and maintain strong collaborations with Google Cloud, Amazon, and Microsoft, ensuring our teams always work with cutting-edge tools and technologies. We also lead Gen AI Lab, our internal innovation engine focused on applied research and cross-functional collaboration in Generative AI.

In 2025, a key area of innovation is Agentic AI, where we design and deploy autonomous, collaborative agent systems capable of addressing complex, real-world challenges at scale for our clients and internally.

IF YOU ARE

• A senior AI professional with 5+ years of experience delivering production-grade AI/ML systems and leading small technical teams

• Experienced in data science, statistical modeling, and machine learning, with hands-on work across the full model lifecycle

• Proficient in Agentic Systems, including LLMs, RAG

• Understanding the importance of good infrastructure and maintaining it, including: Cloud Landing Zones and secure environments, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines for ML and GenAI systems

• Adept at MLOps, including model monitoring, data drift detection, evaluation pipelines, and cost/performance optimization

• Advanced in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), going beyond provisioning, hands-on with development

• Capable of translating complex AI and infrastructure concepts into clear guidance for engineers and non-technical stakeholders

• Confident in technical estimation, delivery planning, and managing risks in complex AI initiatives

• Fluent in English and Polish at an upper-intermediate level or higher

• Lead and inspire high-performing teams of Developers and Devops

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end AI systems — from data ingestion and modeling to deployment, observability, and continuous improvement

• Architect production-ready GenAI and agentic AI systems with strong grounding, evaluation, safety, and scalability guarantees

• Build and evolve platforms and infrastructure, including: Standardized Landing Zones, Reusable Infrastructure as Code modules, CI/CD pipelines for models and agents

• Ensure high standards across reliability, security, observability, and cost efficiency

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business problems into robust, scalable AI and analytics solutions

• Mentor DevOps and architects, as well as embed best practices in modeling, MLOps, and AI engineering

• Contribute to internal innovation, reference architectures, and reusable assets across projects
