- Building professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitoring project progress using tools (Jira, Everhour).

- Solid understanding of software architecture, systems design, and cloud platform (AWS).
- Experience with DevOps practices: TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with modern frontend technologies (React, VueJS, Angular) for effective collaboration.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Clickup.
- Proficiency in tools like Slack, Miro, Figma, and Google Workspace to enhance communication and teamwork.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire teams and align technical solutions with business goals.
- Ability to analyze metrics and optimize workflows for processes like deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in roadmap planning and improving team productivity through data-driven insights.
- Experience in legacy system modernization and managing technical debt.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS).
