Softjourn is looking for a Ruby on Rails developer!
Softjourn, a fast-growing international service providing company, ranked as one of the World’s Best Service Providers according to IAOP, is looking for a Ruby on Rails developer to join the team.
The project is maintaining and adding new features to the Project Management and Issue Tracking System used internally in Softjourn.
At the moment, we are adding new functionality as encapsulated services that work with Redmine on the backend but have an enclosed UX.

Requirements:
- Experience in Ruby on Rails
- Experience with Git
- Experience with HTML+CSS, JavaScript (jQuery)
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL, Postgresql)
- Knowledge of MVC, principles of OOP, design patterns
- Experience with the UNIX environment
- Intermediate level of English
Responsibilities:
- Bugfixing and ongoing support of the project
- Communication with internal staff and transferring the requirements in teсh tasks
- Attending workflow meetings
- Estimations, Planning and designing the solutions
- Integrating data with third-party services via RDB entities and API
