Project Manager

We are SoftCraft, a software house with offices in Poland and Norway. We specialize in healthcare solutions, IoT, and mobile application development, delivering custom-built solutions powered by a passionate team of developers and IT specialists.

For our projects, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading mobile and web projects from planning to delivery.

Requirements:

• At least 2.5 years of experience managing mobile and web projects

• Experience in delivering projects end-to-end — from planning, through development, to maintenance phase

• Good understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Very good communication skills with clients and development teams

• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of mobile and web technologies

• Experience working with international clients

• Knowledge of product-oriented or hybrid (PM/PO) environments

• Experience in healthcare or IoT projects

Responsibilities:

• Managing mobile and web development projects from planning to delivery

• Coordinating work between developers, designers, and stakeholders

• Working closely with clients to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements

• Planning and monitoring project scope, budget, timeline, and risks

• Ensuring smooth delivery through agile processes (Scrum / Kanban)

• Tracking project progress and reporting status to stakeholders

• Making sure projects are delivered on time and within budget
