System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert guidance on OpenShift architecture, integrations, and platform capabilities.

• Recommend and implement effective deployment strategies and cluster configuration patterns.

• Diagnose and resolve complex OpenShift and Kubernetes issues, supporting incident management activities.

• Contribute to platform upgrades, scalability assessments, and capacity planning.

• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance policies across the platform.

Skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.

• Strong knowledge of container orchestration, networking, and security concepts.

• Practical experience working with Operators, OpenShift CLI, and platform administration.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Experience working with hybrid cloud or multi-cluster environments.

• Familiarity with OpenShift Service Mesh, Pipelines, and GitOps practices.

• Relevant certifications such as Red Hat OpenShift, CKA, or similar.

• Background in supporting large-scale enterprise OpenShift/Kubernetes deployments.
