Job description
SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner in line with the needs of World's most prestigious firms and carried out successful projects worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Support daily Salesforce operations, resolve production incidents, and manage deployments, data patching, and service requests.
Assist Customer Service Representatives utilizing Salesforce for B2B processes and handle routine system administration.
Deliver small-to-medium platform enhancements and take end-to-end ownership of assigned features.
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning) to drive continuous platform improvements.
Skills:
Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Certifications & Hands-on: Salesforce OmniStudio and Salesforce Industries (Comms, Media, or Energy).
Language: English (B2+ proficiency).
Nice to Have:
Experience working within a large-scale Agile Release Train (ART).
Strong UX focus and practical decision-making skills.
Experience collaborating with distributed teams (specifically India and Sweden).
