CCM Developer

Scope:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise customer communication solutions across print and digital channels

• Build and enhance document composition templates using CCM platforms such as Precisely Doc1 and Precisely EngageOne

• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable communication solutions for statements, letters, notices, bills, and policy documents

• Configure business rules, layouts, variables, conditional logic, and reusable components for personalized communications

• Perform impact analysis, development, testing, defect resolution, and production support activities

• Troubleshoot document generation, formatting, print stream, and data-mapping issues

• Support releases, enhancements, migration activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, project managers, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle

Skills:

• Strong experience with Precisely Doc1 and/or Precisely EngageOne

• Experience with Pitney Bowes CCM tools, Thunderhead / Smart Comm, and Middle Office

• Hands-on experience in document composition and template development

• Knowledge of data mapping, business rules, batch processing, and document workflows

• Experience with testing, defect fixing, release support, and production support

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in enterprise communication environments (banking, insurance, healthcare, etc.)
