Senior DevOps Engineer 🧑💻
Location: Bydgoszcz, Poland / Warsaw, Poland, or remote – Full-time
Are you passionate about building quality software? We’re looking for a skilled engineer to lead our DevOps initiatives, including migrating CI/CD pipelines and managing OpenShift-based deployments. This is more than just writing code; it's about ensuring our solutions are efficient, secure, and user-friendly.
You'll join a project that started years ago but evolves with new challenges, now focusing on bringing our product fully into the cloud.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize OpenShift-based deployments and operations.
- Lead the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins and Travis to Tekton.
- Analyze and address backend service demands.
- Automate deployment processes and enhance product release control.
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure with a focus on automation, configuration, and reliability.
- Ensure robust security through image signing, static code analysis, and dynamic scanning tools like OWASP ZAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best DevOps practices.

OpenShift Mastery: Strong experience with OpenShift Operators, deployments, and daily operations.

Containerization: Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker, including design, setup, implementation, optimization, and operations.

Migration Experience: Proven success migrating CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins or Travis to Tekton.

CI/CD Expertise: Proficiency in Tekton, Jenkins, and Travis.

Security Practices: Hands-on experience with image signing, static code analysis, and tools like OWASP ZAP.

Tech Stack Familiarity: Linux, Bash or general shell scripting, and networking. Experience with IBM Cloud is a plus.
