Our innovation team based in Paris, Krakow and Nantes is composed of 90 straightforward and energetic engineers working in an Agile environment and ready to tackle the most complex technical challenges.
👇 Your mission
- You will join our fast growing r&d within the video team.
- Your mission is to develop our strategic product for Addressable TV.
- You can count on an international context, half of the team being in Krakow, with a mix of technical/product.
- We have unique challenges and we aim to conquer the video market.
- The video project is part of the top 3 strategic objectives of the company.
- You'll report directly to our Engineering Manager based in Paris.
✏️ What you'll do
- Work in an agile, international and multi-expertise team composed of product management, software engineers, QA and devops.
- Design & develop, clean coded, elegant and robust solutions: high availability and scalability are our standards.
- Implement monitoring and testing of your developments, review code of your team mates.
- Build and Deploy your applications using Gitlab
Use the rest of your time to:
- Take part to architecture discussions to boost our engines performance
- Innovate and learn in autonomy during our Smart days
💪 About you
- 3+ years of software development experience on a Microsoft stack (C# .NET Standard, .NET Core 3.1)
- Interest in new technologies (RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Aerospike, ElasticSearch) and large-scale technical stacks (Docker, Gitlab, GCP)
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Passion for writing high quality and maintainable code following Software Craftsmanship or Continuous Delivery
NICE TO HAVE:
- Previous experience in high-load platforms.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify opportunities of improvement.
- Personal projects with code sharing, we’re curious about your art!
🚀 How you’ll grow
- WITHIN 1 MONTH:
- You’ll be just finishing your onboarding.
- You’ll probably have tackled a dozen of small tasks.
- You’re ready to start your first big ones with high impact
- WITHIN 3 MONTHS:
- You’ll be able to work on any part of our video engines in full autonomy.
- You now have enough knowledge on the platform to be able to deploy and monitor your applications.
- WITHIN 6 MONTHS:
- You’ll be totally autonomous on all our backend engines (video, display, programmatic), able to bring your impact at every level.
