As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving agile best practices, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals with the company’s vision and deliver measurable results.

Here’s the background we’d like you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• at least 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in technology-driven teams.
• PSM II Certification is required.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and team-coaching skills.
• Deep experience in Jira and Confluence.

Technologies and frameworks (experience preferred):

• Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines.
• Atlassian agile stack
