Here's what you can expect:

• A role in a growing startup combining Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning with photorealistic 3D Computer Graphics
• Development of a complex, modern, highly-interactive, websocket-heavy, real-time web application
• Working closely with experts in the fields of DevOps, QA, CGI, Data Science, AI, Computer Vision

Required qualifications:

• 3–5 years professional UX/UI design experience delivering responsive web or mobile products from concept through hand‑off
• Proficiency in Figma and a shared design‑system workflow - able to follow and expand an existing component library
• Solid interaction‑design and information‑architecture skills (wire‑flows, user‑journeys, task analysis)
• Strong visual‑design fundamentals—typography, colour, layout, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Hands‑on usability‑testing experience: planning, running moderated/unmoderated tests, synthesising insights into actionable recommendations
• English B2/+ level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

• Prior work on B2B SaaS dashboards or data‑heavy interfaces
• Familiarity with design tokens / theming pipelines (e.g. Style Dictionary, Tailwind variants)
• Exposure to analytics‑driven iteration (GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar) and A/B test design
• Basic SVG illustration or iconography skills
• Understanding of domain‑driven design and how it maps to UX workflows
• Previous collaboration with distributed cross‑functional teams in start‑up or scale‑up environments
