Senior Django Developer

We’re growing again — and now we’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to strengthen our Web Development team and help us scale our flagship AI product even further.

Location: Warsaw / Hybrid model

Industry: Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Synthetic Data, Digital Twins, Industrial Metaverse

What you'll do:

1. Plan, design, and develop scalable backend solutions based on microservices

2. Co-own product and tech roadmaps, contributing to architecture decisions

3. Work alongside a senior, collaborative engineering team - share your expertise, shape architectural decisions, and help drive technical excellence together

4. Work with Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and deployment

5. Use Git for effective version control and collaboration

6. Contribute to clear and maintainable technical documentation

What we’re looking for:

1. Proven min 6-8 years of experience in a similar senior backend role

2. Solid expertise in Python, Django, Asyncio, Websockets

3. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

4. Experience in infrastructure automation, testing, and CI/CD pipelines

5. High sense of ownership and a drive to deliver high-quality solutions

6. Ability to read and write documentation in English (B2/C1 level)

Nice-to-haves:

1. Experience building asynchronous microservices

2. Familiarity with Django Channels

3. Relevant certifications

4. Hands-on experience with Jira

5. Familiarity with various cloud APIs (GCP, AWS, Azure)
