Then our Quality Engineering & Test Management Team wants to hear from you! We are an agile, driven, and collaborative team responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery across complex projects and change initiatives. Our goal is to strengthen product quality, optimize test processes, and empower teams through best-in-class QA practices. In this position, you will work closely with developers, testers, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders while also leading a team of 10.

What You Will Do

• lead and develop a team of 10 developers and testers, including performance, coaching, recruiting, and training responsibilities

• drive end-to-end QA activities for projects and change requests, including defect management, quality assurance, and progress tracking

• create, maintain, and improve test artefacts using JIRA/Xray and Confluence while adapting testing approaches to Agile and SAFe frameworks

• communicate risks, limitations, and quality insights clearly to stakeholders in business-friendly language

• apply strong technical skills (SQL, Python, AI-based test design/automation) to enhance testing efficiency and tooling

What You Bring

• proven experience in software testing, QA leadership, and team management

• strong knowledge of testing methodologies and hands-on experience with structured testing approaches

• excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

• advanced SQL and Python skills; experience with AI techniques for test automation is a strong plus

• fluent in English (both verbal & written); German is a plus
