Collaboration Engineering team at SIX is an agile, well-established group of international experts in Windows Server, Microsoft on-premises platforms, Microsoft Cloud, responsible for enabling secure and efficient collaboration across SIX international locations utilizing Microsoft 365 cloud offerings as well as on-premises SharePoint Subscription Edition farms.

Our mission is to provide reliable Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive Power Automate, M365 Copilot.

In this senior role, you will lead the technology stack by example – sharing your expertise, embracing continuous learning and ensuring we deliver outstanding, customer-focused solutions. You’ll work closely with colleagues across IT and business units to ensure seamless collaboration experiences, all while living our core values of Customer Focus, Collaboration, Ownership, and Trust.

What You Will Do

• lead the enhancement and adapt our collaboration procedures and practices to evolving cloud environments with a solid technical background and hands-on experience through ownership of privileged administrative roles and advanced administration (PowerShell, PnP, Logic Apps, Runbooks)

• provide internal Business Units consultancy services while translating requirements to solutions delivering end – to end resolutions, often engaging with other engineering teams at SIX as well as Cybersecurity, Compliance, Critical Infrastructure teams)

• manage uninterrupted functioning of collaboration experiences through planned change management, advanced administration, reporting, analysis and governance of our technology stack, with occasional out of hours planned works as well as readiness to provide alert on call for major incidents 7 days (18.00 – 8.00) a week (on average 6 times a year)

• act as an escalation engineer (L3 support) for our Workplace Care Services assisting the business units to the best possible outcome while maintaining our rigorous governance

• discover, evaluate and govern and maintain Microsoft 365 collaboration experiences while leading the technical areas and providing the pillar of excellence to your team mates

What You Bring

• genuine interest in Microsoft cloud offerings with proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, M365 Groups, B2B Collaboration, Information Protection, M365 Copilot security and administration, Power Automate governance and consultancy)

• proactive and solution-oriented approach to service excellence and top performance mindset

• extensive experience and high efficiency managing the lifecycle of tools and services (related to SharePoint on premises, IIS Web Server, SQL. M365 Admin Portal, Azure Portal, Purview) Proficiency in system & content migrations for both on-premises and Microsoft cloud (native PowerShell, PnP, ShareGate, Quest)

• team player skills and natural aptitude for technical leadership while maintaining morale boosting atmosphere

• fluent in English (both verbal & writing) with ability to attend high level meetings, consultancy with Business Units, comfortable communication within SIX and while dealing with vendors and supporters
