Senior Solution Architect - Workplace

What You Will Do

• Drive the design and integration of workplace solutions into the enterprise IT landscape, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives

• Lead solution architecture for projects, validating requirements and ensuring compliance with security, risk, and regulatory frameworks

• Define and maintain the digital workplace roadmap, incorporating emerging technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, automation, and zero-trust principles

• Collaborate with IT Competence Centers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions

• Establish measurable success criteria for adoption, compliance, and operational efficiency, and report progress to senior leadership

What You Bring

• Degree in IT or Computer Science; industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL) are an advantage

• Proven experience as a Workplace Solution Architect in complex, regulated environments (finance or pharma preferred)

• Expertise in designing and integrating enterprise-grade solutions using M365, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, and modern workplace technologies

• Strong analytical and consulting skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities pragmatically

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English for both technical and business contexts; German and/or Spanish is a strong plus
