Senior Release Train Engineer

As part of the IT organization serving the Financial Information business unit, we are continuously adapting our delivery model to optimize delivery of the business value expected by our customers. An agile transformation is already ongoing for several years, with a global adoption of SAFe, DevOps, Scrum, Kanban within our teams. 

We need you for this change! As a Release Train Engineer, you will support teams within an Agile Release Train in their delivery performance improvements. You will be part of the team leading our Agile Release Trains in their continuous improvement. 

What You Will Do 

• support teams as their Release Train Engineer 
• coaching of individuals and teams and helping them apply agile principles and practices 
• facilitating continuous improvement at all levels of the organization 
• teaching Agile practices and principles 
• remove roadblocks that can impede progress 

What You Bring 

• you are a SAFe certified Release Train Engineer, have profound know-how in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban…), lean practices 
• you are pragmatic, not dogmatic. You aim for incremental steps towards the organization’s goals, and are able to compromise when needed 
• you are experienced in coaching and teaching teams and individuals 
• you are able not only to teach but also to act, jumping into a role in order to improve a situation whenever needed 
• self-organization, self-responsibility and continuous improvement are important to you 
• Fluency in English
