IT Ops Manager

Then join our IT Team taking care of banking services applications for the SIX legal entity SECB Swiss Euro Clearing Bank GmbH a commercial bank specializing exclusively in the processing of euro payments and all related customer services. 

What You Will Do

• Management of IT operations processes in line with regulatory requirements and the business needs of SECB’s business departments, particularly with regard to change and incident management.

• Act as interface between SECB IT Application IT Managers, SECB department heads, Software Vendors and SIX central IT to ensure seamless IT operations.

• Act as the contact person for Internal Audit, auditors and other supervisory bodies in the context of internal and external IT audits.

• Align 2nd Line of Defense requirements and control activities with 1st Line of Defense activities regarding the implementation of, and compliance with, IT and data security measures.

• Maintain the SECB IT documentation with regard to SECB IT organizational instructions, integrating them with the relevant SIX Group internal law.

• Supporting the Head SECB IT in service procurement, third-party-provider relationship management with SIX Group companies and other sub-contractors to SECB.

  
  

What You Bring 

• Solid experience in IT Operations Management, with broad knowledge of DevOps methodologies

•  Strong analytical skills and the ability to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders incl. proven ability to communicate technical details effectively to diverse audiences

• Prior experience with IT / IT security audits, audits in a regulated industry is a plus

• Fluent in English (both verbal & writing), German is a plus
