Are you ready to take the next step in your career and join a dynamic, international team at the crossroads of Finance and IT? At SIX Global Business Solutions, located in the heart of Warsaw and proudly recognized as one of Poland’s "Best Workplaces" for six consecutive years, we are looking for a skilled and motivated C/C++ Software Engineer to join our international Scrum team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain systems that process financial data from over 2,000 real-time feeds. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, cross-functional team player with strong C programming skills and an interest in financial markets and instruments.

What You Will Do

• design, develop, and implement real-time market and reference data feeds in a collaborative Scrum environment

• write efficient, reliable, and maintainable C code for high-performance applications

• analyze vendor-specific financial data and maintain technical feed specifications

• perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization

• document software architecture, codebase, and operational procedures to support long-term maintenance

What You Bring

• solid experience in C programming (C++ knowledge is a plus)

• proficiency with Linux, shell scripting, and Git/GitLab; experience with Python or Perl is a plus

• familiarity with CI/CD tools and monitoring systems such as Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, SonarQube, Splunk, Grafana, or the Elastic Stack

• strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a passion for continuous improvement

• excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
