You will join our AI & Robotics Platform team which is responsible for managing the AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Platforms, on which we’re implementing use cases to provide value for our customers. As a Software Engineer you will design, implement and maintain AI use cases in close collaboration with the Business Analysts. Furthermore, you will develop extensions and shared components and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform. You’ll also collaborate closely with software vendors, influencing their roadmaps and working on co-development efforts. You’ll play a key role in providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime of AI use cases.

What You Will Do

• build and maintain AI use cases such as Chatbots and Assistants or Agents, ensuring they meet functional and technical specifications as well as high quality standards
• develop extensions, shared modules, integrations and additional functionalities on our Platforms for others to build on
• provide ongoing support and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency of AI use cases
• work closely with other developers to define standards, share knowledge and contribute to our AI Community
• being an ambassador for AI to help enhancing the capabilities within the organization

What You Bring 

• extensive experience in developing with at least one of the following languages: Python, C# (.NET Framework), Java-/TypeScript
• experience in the full lifecycle of software development on Azure Cloud, including technical design, implementation and maintenance (CI/CD pipelines)
• knowledge in Azure OpenAI Services, Vector DBs (Qdrant, Azure AI Search), Langchain or similar
• experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation and Prompt Engineering is an advantage, as well as any data science related experience.
• positive, proactive and result-driven team player with high sense for quality, strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset, willing to continuously learn & adapt in the field of AI & automation
• fluency in English (verbal and writing) and able to present. German, Polish or Spanish is an advantage
