QA Automation Engineer

Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS) plays a critical role in helping businesses and data centers manage the profound shift in how and where technology is managed. Our team is responsible for the ongoing strategy, roadmap, design, development and support of the company’s worldwide systems. We work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality, scalable and reliable solutions.

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer who will design and implement automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about software quality, eager to improve automation coverage, and comfortable collaborating in a global, cross-functional team.

Required skills & experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in building software test automation,

• Proven experience in automating testing of Angular/.NET or Blazor applications,

• Strong knowledge of modern automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium),

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred),

• Familiarity with performance testing tools (K6, JMeter),

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience,

• English at a level enabling clear communication during teleconferences and in written correspondence.

Your daily tasks:

Develop and maintain automated tests for Angular frontends and REST API backends,

Enhance and maintain automation frameworks supporting CI/CD pipelines,

Build and execute performance and load tests to validate system scalability,

Analyse test results, log and track defects in Azure Boards, and collaborate with developers for resolution,

Ensure automated coverage of critical end-to-end business flows,

Share knowledge and coach QA Engineers in automation best practices,

Suggest improvements and adopt new tools to continuously enhance QA processes.

Main technologies used in our projects:

• E2E Testing – Cypress, Playwright,

• Performance testing – K6, JMeter,

• CI/CD – Azure DevOps, pipelines integration.
