WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
You will be working in an agile team of about 5-7 people. The team works on our Simcorp Data Connectivity product. In your daily work you will – together with your team - understand and challenge customer requirements, discuss solutions, implement and test the chosen solution, and support it. We use a variety of tools, but they are all centered around C# and .Net. You will mainly be working with cloud native services in Microsoft Azure and Angular Web UI.
In addition to implementing the features, it is essential for us to continuously improve on all levels: company, division, product area, team, and individual. Your daily work life will thus also include topics such as “how can we reduce our build time”, “how can we rearchitect this component to perform significantly faster”, and “how can we work together in a more fun and effective way”.
You will be working in Warsaw. You will collaborate with colleagues from Ukraine, Poland, Denmark, Austria, Germany, etc. English is the corporate language and is used in all communication.
WHAT WE VALUE
2+ years of experience in software engineering using C# and .NET Development
Experience with infrastructure as code preferably using Arm, Bicep, PowerShell and Azure pipelines
You have a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or similar
Good communication skills and fluency in English (speaking and writing)
Angular is a plus
Understanding of Lean Agile practices, values and principles are a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure in production environments, such as experience with Azure cost pricing, Availability SLA’s and security of different solution approaches would be a plus
