Tester AI with Tosca (f/m/x)

We are looking for an AI Tester to join our team of Tosca experts within the Tricentis and Performance Testing Competency Center. You will be part of a project in the banking industry, working in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment. This role offers a hybrid work model based in Kraków.

Your tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation solutions using Tosca alongside functional testing

• Build and enhance automation frameworks and reusable test assets (TCD, templates, RTBs, classes)

• Analyze business requirements and system specifications to identify test scenarios and potential defects

• Define test cases using structured techniques and provide effort estimations, including regression scope

• Execute tests, manage environments, track defects, and report quality metrics

• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure quality across SIT, UAT, and production releases, particularly for CRM applications

Requirements

• 4–6 years of practical experience in creating automated test scripts using Tosca or similar tools for web and desktop applications

• Proven hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering and real-time AI-related projects

• Practical experience in AI Testing and implementation of AI-driven solutions

• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases (preferably using Tosca or similar tools)

• Strong background in functional and regression testing, including test design and execution

• Solid understanding of scalable and highly available system design, with an engineering mindset covering both functional and non-functional requirements

• Fluent English

• Residing in Poland required
