Senior Graphics/ Rendering Engineer (f/m/x)
We are seeking an experienced specialist in real‑time graphics to support the development of visually ambitious PC and console titles. In this role, you will take ownership of advanced rendering features, enhance graphical fidelity, and ensure smooth performance across multiple platforms. You will join a growing team working in a hybrid model and collaborate with professionals across several technical disciplines.
Your tasks
Create, refine, and maintain real‑time rendering systems for large‑scale productions
Develop graphical components such as lighting, shading, post‑effects, and material solutions
Optimize visual performance and stability across different hardware configurations
Diagnose and eliminate CPU/GPU bottlenecks
Work closely with teams responsible for engine development, gameplay, and internal tools
Support improvements to rendering workflows and engine‑level systems
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in game development with a focus on rendering or graphics engineering
Participation in the release of at least one major commercial game
Proficiency in C/C++ and strong knowledge of real‑time rendering pipelines
Hands‑on experience with shader development in modern shading languages
Background in developing solutions for PC and/or console environments
Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
Openness to hybrid work from the Warsaw office
