Senior Fullstack Developer with Node.js

We are seeking a motivated Fullstack Developer to join our client’s remote Financial Crimes Risk Management team. You will play a key role in combating financial crime by developing server-side solutions using Node.js.

Your tasks

• Building and maintaining efficient, scalable backend systems

• Designing and managing high-performance databases

• Developing APIs for frontend and third-party integrations

• Ensuring security, data protection, and application performance

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions

• Following best practices for code quality, documentation, and version control

Requirements

• 5–8 years of backend development experience

• Proficiency in Node.js, including building server-side components and data processing

• Skilled in building dynamic web interfaces using React, Svelte, or similar modern web technologies

• Previous experience with Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, and distributed systems

• Awareness of monitoring, observability, and fault tolerance best practices

• Understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Git

• Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and secure web development principles

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field

• Fluency in English

• Residing in Poland required
