Senior Drupal Developer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior Drupal Developer ready to take ownership of public websites and eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure technical solutions that follow industry standards and best practices.

Your tasks

• Contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle

• Leading and ensuring adherence to best practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, Scrum, refactoring, and coding standards

• Developing and maintaining CMS modules, plugins, and system integrations

• Standardizing multisite templates and reusable UI components

• Collaborating closely with front-end designers and developers to ensure visually appealing and intuitive implementations

• Ensuring content is easily editable by non-technical users

• Optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Staying up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of CMS development experience with strong expertise in Drupal

• Proven experience in leading development teams, including mentoring developers, planning work, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions

• Deep understanding of Drupal, including custom modules, multisite, and multilingual setups

• Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern frameworks such as React and Next.js

• Good knowledge of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX

• Experience with data migration and content transformation processes

• Fluent English, both spoken and written

• Willingness to commute to the office in Warsaw 2 - 3 days a week

• Residing in Poland required
