SAP Ariba Consultant (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced procurement technology specialist to support the configuration and enhancement of a cloud-based purchasing and invoicing platform within a highly regulated industry. The role focuses on optimizing system capabilities, ensuring seamless data exchange with enterprise resource planning environments, and supporting end-to-end purchasing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain compliance standards, improve operational efficiency, and drive automation initiatives.

Your tasks

• Configure purchasing and invoicing modules, including templates, workflows, and approval logic

• Ensure accurate integration of master data, such as suppliers, materials, and accounting structures, with backend systems

• Support and monitor the full procurement lifecycle from requisition to payment, resolving integration issues

• Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support financial and purchasing analysis

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and audit requirements

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to automation improvements

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a SAP Consultant working with procurement platforms in an enterprise environment

• Strong expertise in system configuration, including workflows, forms, and approval structures

• Experience with system integrations, data mapping, and monitoring data flows across procurement processes

• Good understanding of integration technologies and data exchange formats

• Analytical skills with the ability to work with reporting tools and validate data accuracy

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Residing in Poland required
