Regular Manual Tester/ Test Coordinator (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester to join our team working on a banking project. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through thorough testing processes. You will work in a hybrid model based in Cracow, collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality solutions. Your tasks

• Conducting manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications

• Creating and executing test cases based on acceptance criteria

• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects in the testing process

• Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback

• Participating in test planning and strategy discussions

• Ensuring compliance with testing standards and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing

• ISTQB certification is required

• Strong understanding of acceptance testing methodologies

• Practical experience in manual testing processes

• Fluent English

• Familiarity with automated testing tools
