Junior Java Test Developer – Investment Banking project

We are looking for a Junior Java Test Developer to join our project for an investment bank from the USA (investment platforms for stock/securities, financial reports generation, and handling investors' accounts).

From the technical side of things mentioned projects are quite similar – Java, Selenium/Selenide, Rest Assured, Git, and Jenkins. Most of them are more focused on backend testing – but not all. Scrum methodology is implemented, planning and retro are sometimes held with people from the USA. There is a Senior QA in the project who will act as your mentor.

Your tasks

• Write new tests in Java, Selenium/Selenide, and Rest Assured

• Develop and maintain a testing framework

• Take part in Scrum-related meetings

• Report bugs

Requirements

• At least half a year of experience in Java

• Testing knowledge

• Practical knowledge of test automation with Selenium / Rest Assured will be an asset

• Very good English and Polish skills

• Team spirit and cooperation skills

• Readiness to work from Cracow’s Office twice a week

• Residing in Poland required
