Java Developer - Fintech

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our project in the banking industry.

In this role, you will work on developing either a fully electronic mortgage application system or workflow-based systems for post-sale customer service, including the sale of additional financial products.

Your tasks

• Deliver digitally advanced financial products and enhance existing systems by implementing new features and improvements

• Collaborate with globally distributed teams to develop customer-focused products

• Update and maintain comprehensive documentation for team processes, best practices, and software systems

• Apply exceptional analytical skills to develop creative, commercially viable solutions

• Contribute innovative ideas to the team while continuously expanding your technical knowledge

• Ensure key functionalities are covered with unit and integration tests

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of Java programming experience

• Experience building microservices and object-orientated programming

• Proficiency in frameworks for creating web applications, including Spring and Hibernate

• Prior experience with RabbitMQ/Kafka and MongoDB is beneficial

• Fluent level of written and spoken English

• Openness to hybrid work in Poznan or Wroclaw (min. 1 day/week in-office)

• Fluent Polish required

• Residing in Poland required
