ETL Developer with Informatica PowerCenter – automotive industry (f/m/x)

Currently, we are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to join one of our projects in the automotive industry. You will become part of a team responsible for all applications and systems supporting supply chain management, contributing to data integration solutions that enable reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your tasks

• Design, implement, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter

• Combine and process data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and cloud-based platforms

• Optimize data workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, stability, and high performance

• Ensure data readiness and quality for reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics initiatives

• Work closely with analytics, business, and IT teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of data integration processes supporting supply chain systems

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role (ETL Developer / Data Integration Specialist)

• Proven hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter in enterprise data integration projects

• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data warehousing, and relational database technologies

• Experience integrating data across diverse environments, including on‑premise and cloud platforms

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model – 2 - 3 days per week on-site in Jelcz-Laskowice

• Fluent Polish required

• Residing in Poland required

• Previous work with Snowflake

• Experience gained in manufacturing-related projects
