ETL Developer with Informatica PowerCenter – automotive industry (f/m/x)
Currently, we are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to join one of our projects in the automotive industry. You will become part of a team responsible for all applications and systems supporting supply chain management, contributing to data integration solutions that enable reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your tasks
Design, implement, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter
Combine and process data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and cloud-based platforms
Optimize data workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, stability, and high performance
Ensure data readiness and quality for reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics initiatives
Work closely with analytics, business, and IT teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of data integration processes supporting supply chain systems
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role (ETL Developer / Data Integration Specialist)
Proven hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter in enterprise data integration projects
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data warehousing, and relational database technologies
Experience integrating data across diverse environments, including on‑premise and cloud platforms
Willingness to work in a hybrid model – 2 - 3 days per week on-site in Jelcz-Laskowice
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
Nice-to-have requirements
Previous work with Snowflake
Experience gained in manufacturing-related projects
